Savvy Beach House

Project Description

The property is located outside rural Kalapana, A short walk from the beach and yoga. This renovation had to accommodate casual indoor and outdoor living while being pet friendly and incorporating the owners existing mid-century furniture pieces. The upstairs ceiling was opened up and utilizes natural light and airflow. The lanai was enlarged to allow for outdoor dining. Downstairs a new sunroom, meditation room, and outdoor shower were added.
