Mid-Century Plantation House
Project Description
Initially built in 1934, the renovation of this single-wall plantation style home focused on improving airflow and usability. The family loved the charm of the original tongue and groove walls and wanted to incorporate more Mid-Century components while eliminating Asian details. Existing Mid-Century furniture pieces were reupholstered with bright tropical colors in durable fabrics as the family is planning on using it as a vacation home.
