Project Description

The new owners of a Lucky Bennett home desired a workable kitchen and more storage space.  Instead of enclosing the atrium to create a pantry and master walk-in closet the new space plan utilizes the fifteen foot ceilings and more efficient design for this young couple.  Customized millwork and a new loft provide ample storage and are accessed by the home owners two favorite eleven foot library ladders.  The atrium garden allows filtered daylight into the center of the home for a bright and airy interior.  The finishes and furniture were designed to accommodate this modern couples' interests and various pets.  Ocean tones create a cozy Hawaiian interior and a fun entertainment space for friends.
